The holiday was fantastic, the villa was super. The property is immaculate with a lot of time and money spent making it a great place to stay. Its location is brilliant. it exceeded all our needs and expectations. No shortcuts, pure class. I have some mobility restrictions so the 5th bedroom and shower also available downstairs made it so very easy for me to fully enjoy my stay. The villa is brilliant , loved it !!!!!

The villa is in a great location for Disney & Universal. There is a Walmart & Publix in short driving distance for all holiday essentials.
The villa itself is very well looked after and furnished to a high standard. The garage has been converted to a games room which is great for a relaxing. The pool area is nice and spacious and was my daughters favourite part of the villa!
We were on vacation with friends so it was great that both master bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms and there was 2 further bathrooms (a blessing with teenage girls!!)
The owners were friendly and kept in touch providing their own contact details and their management company's details.
As soon as we can save enough to visit again I would definitely look at staying here again and would recommend this as agreat vacation home,

We stayed at this beautiful home from July 29 to Aug 5, 2017. The home was just as pictured in the photos. We had a lovely stay and hated to leave once our week was up. Everything was very close vicinity to the home. The neighbour was so clean and quiet. We truly enjoyed the large oversized pool after a long day. We felt like we are at home at this rental.

We stayed at the villa in August this year and had a amazing time !! The location is absolutely perfect for all visits to the main parks and also with loads of restaurants just a short drive away. There's a lovely play park about 3/4 mile away for little kids and a hotel across the road with a nice restaurant if you fancy a local night out. All our creature comforts were catered for back at the villa including a lovely private pool and a large lounge for watch TV when you've had a busy day. All of the bedrooms are plenty big enough with lovely decor and there's a well equipped kitchen for cooking at home. I had great responses from the owners though out my booking and nothing was too much trouble. All in all a brilliant holiday was had by all, thank you

By far the best villa we have ever stayed in within the Orlando area. Lost for words on arrival with how beautiful it was. As a big party we were worried there wouldn't be enough room for us to all relax comfortably but it was plenty big enough. Would go back again and again without a doubt. Didn't want to leave when our time was up! Thankyou so much Nicky & Lee for letting us stay at your villa, for all the information you gave us prior to arriving in regards to tickets and locations etc and for helping making our holiday brilliant.

From the day we booked the villa we knew we had chosen well. The owners kept us informed all of the way, gave us any information they could on the location, restaurants and nearby shopping even advising us that park tickets were cheaper to buy in the UK, and may I say they were considerably cheaper, Thanks for that Lee. The villa has everything you could possible need, lovely bedrooms and comfy, huge TV in the lounge if you wanted it, we prefer to sit by the pool with the obligatory drink. We had the pool heated and felt end of April that it was needed, last 2 days weather extremely hot so maybe if you went later you wouldn't need it. Anthony who looks after the property was extremely helpful and would just pop round to check everything was okay and we would ask him about anything we needed to know. We left behind a pair of GHD hair straightners in the en-suite cupboard and to be honest if I have ever left anything behind before I have never managed to get it back, I emailed Lee and he checked with Anthony and even sent me a picture of the ones I had left behind to check they were the right ones. He is going out to the villa in June and has promised to bring back the straightners and post them to me. All in all we had a super holiday, villa was home from home couldn't have wished for better accommodation. Thank you Lee and Nicky for letting us share you home for 2 weeks. Anthony and Yvonne Lake returned 29th April.

We booked to stay at the villa over the Easter period and were really pleasantly suprised at the way the owners went above and beyond to try and accommodate our wishes even going so far as to offer us use of their satnav for the duration of the holiday. In the end due to our son being rushed in to hospital the day before we were due to fly we weren't actually able to make it out to Florida but we intend to go again next year and Lee will be the first contact I make. Lovely people and couldn't recommend them higher.

We stayed in the villa for a week at the end of August 2015. Lee who owns the villa was great in providing directions and accommodating us. We were blown away when we arrived as the home is truly sensational!! It was absolutely spotless and just perfect for us! Downstairs there is a bathroom, games room (snooker and darts), large bedroom and open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Two dining tables, netflix and sky tv, large cooker, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge freezer. Large washing machine and tumble dryer where also handy. Out the back is a large pool that ranges from 3' to 6' deep. There is a gorg free standing hot tub as well. Upstairs there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is out of this world, with gorg walk in wardrobe and massive en suite (double vanity, shower and bath). Another bedroom would also be like master with en suite. The other two bedrooms both have single beds, tastefully disney themed. There is another family bathroom upstairs. The maintenance men were about to clean the pool and cut the grass and we couldn't work the tumble dryer so called the management company and he was with us within an hour to show us. U can't describe how beautiful this home and I can't recommend it enough- if we are ever back in florida we will definitely book this villa again- thanks Lee!!!! (Disney about 15 minutes away. Seaworld about 30 minutes and universal about 40 minutes. There is an Indian, Chinese, Irish pub and supermarket less than 5 mins away. pizza and chinese deliveries were good.

We have stayed at various villas over the years in different destinations but this one is the best so far. We found it to be very well situated in a quiet and very attractive small development. From the moment you roll up the house is very attractive and well presented which carries through inside. The owners obviously care a great deal about this house as it immediately felt like a welcoming place to stay being so well decorated with nice touches and so well maintained. We noticed it to be Immaculately clean and incredibly well appointed, large tv's, literally 100's of tv channels, luxurious furniture and bedding, lovely pool and hot tub and all the equipment you could ever need in the kitchen. The games room with pool table was an absolute winner with the kids too. The rear sun deck area and pool felt very private we used it loads. I really can't find anything even slightly negative to say, we struck gold by choosing this one and will be booking again soon. Thanks

Thank you for such a wonderful stay in the Villa, immaculate, Modern and extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The size of the villa made 5 of us feel we had so much space. The 400 tv channels and netflix was a added bonus. really loved it ! would recommend to anyone its just perfect for family holiday in central Florida.

We had such a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Davenport/Orlando as a family. This villa is amazing, and so great to come back to every evening. It is exactly as advertised, if not better in person. Very clean and well decorated. We felt it was in a very safe area, and great distance to the parks. All the rooms are very clean, plus wifi is available for all guests, our children were thrilled that the villa owner also has Netflicks available. I will definitely return to this villa for sure and recommend it to others. Thanks Lee and family for letting us rent your Villa.

"Totally awesome "was how my 8 year old daughter described this villa after our 17 day stay in America and I have to agree.
It was tastefully decorated and immaculate throughout and catered for our every need (party of 7 ages ranging from 8 to 64)
The pool and hot tub were an immediate hit with all of the family and were utilised on a daily basis as the outdoor space provided a great area for socialising.
After a hectic day at the Parks it was great to have this haven to return to and relax.
As far as location goes we could not have made a better choice as it is well placed for all the parks and attractions and within close proximity to a wide variety of restaurants and shops.
We would all like to say a big Thank You to Lee, Nicky and Daisy for sharing their lovely holiday home and making our first trip to Orlando just that extra bit more special- we will definitely be back.

Wow! What else is there to say, fab house, fab location = great holiday.
Lee and Nicky have created an amazing environment in which to stay, the house provides everything you need to make your holiday special. The pool was great, the kids loved it (ages 18,16 & 8). Having Netflix was an added bonus, as when too hot the youngest still had entertainment. Best holiday in years and will be booking again!!!

We spent our two weeks holiday in this Villa, I must say it certainly had the WOW factor when you opened the door. Their was lots of space for the four adults and our 2.5YR Grandson to run round in. The bedrooms were a lovely size and very comfortable. Their was certainly everything you could possibly have needed and more. The pool was great especially as when we went it was extremly hot and humid. It is also well situated to the supermarkets, Restuarants and Theme parks.
I would highly recommend this Villa to all my friends who were thinking of going to Orlando.
Brilliant Holiday made even better by having a lovely home to come back to after our exhausting days out.

Visited in April this year great location only 2min drive to restaurants and stores and 15 min to disney. Stunning villa set in a clean and quiet location, everything you need and more all the mod cons and with beautiful decoration with a personal touch. Great size swimming pool and plenty of room and a added bonus of a hot tub. Looking forward to going back already!!!

We had fabulous 15 nights at the Luxury Florida Executive Villa end of April 2014 with our friends. Our first thought when we opened the front door was 'Wow, it's huge!" It was very clean. The location was perfect for us as we wanted easy access to International Drive and Disney. Moreover short drive from International Airport is well. There is a good choice of restaurants, supermarkets etc. I would recomend this Villa for even high expectation people. I was very pleased with my choice for our stay and everyone in our party would love to come back again in the future. You can book with confidence.
