Rental Rates
Our rates are very competitive for a executive Florida villa of this ample size and quality.
A non refundable deposit of £300 can secure your booking and reserve your chosen dates, full payment is due 12 weeks before your vacation.
Any reservation's with less than 12 weeks to go before your vacation will need to be paid in full.
Special rates are available for stays of 3 weeks or over, but peak weeks like Christmas may carry a premium available on request please contact us with your requirements for Xmas or Easter holidays.
We strongly recommend that sufficient holiday insurance is secured to cover you in the event of you cancelling your booking, as no refunds can be made. In the unlikely event that we should cancel your booking for any reason, a full refund will be made.
